প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর অধিকারের জন্য প্রকল্প ধারণাপত্র (Concept Paper) আহ্বান

ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন এর আর্থিক সহযোগিতায় Expanding civic space through active CSO participation and strengthened governance system in Bangladesh (ECSAP) নামে একটি প্রকল্প ক্রিশ্চিয়ান এইড, মানুষের জন্য ফাউন্ডেশন এবং আমরাই পারি পারিবারিক নির্যাতন প্রতিরোধ জোট (WE CAN) সম্মিলিত ভাবে বাস্তবায়ন শুরু করেছে। এই প্রকল্পের মাধ্যমে মূলতঃ বিভিন্ন প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠী যেমন প্রান্তিক নারী, দলিত, প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি, ট্রান্সজেন্ডার, আদিবাসী জনগোষ্ঠীর সাথে কর্মরত বিভিন্ন সংস্থার সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করা হবে যাতে করে এই জনগোষ্ঠীসমূহ তাদের অধিকার সঠিকভাবে ভোগ করতে পারে। প্রকল্পটি রংপুর, কুড়িগ্রাম, দিনাজপুর, নাটোর, পাবনা, সিরাজগঞ্জ, খুলনা, যশোর, সাতক্ষীরা ও ঢাকা জেলায় বাস্তবায়িত হবে। উক্ত প্রকল্পের কার্যক্রম পরিচালনার জন্য প্রকল্প এলাকায় কর্মরত তৃণমূল নাগরিক সংগঠনসমূহের কাছ থেকে প্রকল্প ধারণাপত্র (concept paper) আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।

আবেদনকারী তৃণমূল নাগরিক সংগঠনসমূহের অবশ্যই এনজিও ব্যুরোর প্রদেয় পরিপত্রের শর্তাবলী পূরণ করতে হবে। আগ্রহী সংগঠনসমূহকে ৪ঠা জুলাই, ২০২৩ তারিখের মধ্যে আবেদন করতে হবে। প্রকল্পের ধারণাপত্রের গাইডলাইন https://shorturl.at/dfJY2 হতে ডাউনলোড করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।

এ সংক্রান্ত (গাইডলাইন ও জমা প্রদান) বিভিন্ন প্রশ্ন-জিজ্ঞাসা নিয়ে আগামী ১৩ই জুন, ২০২৩ তারিখের মধ্যে ধারণাপত্র প্রস্তুতিমূলক সভায় (Pre-bid meeting) অংশগ্রহণের জন্য [email protected] ইমেইলে আগ্রহী সংস্থার ইমেইল ঠিকানা প্রদানের জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে।

স্থানীয় পর্যায়ের নারীপ্রধান দলিত, প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তি, ট্রান্সজেন্ডার জনগোষ্ঠী, আদিবাসী ও নারী সংগঠনসমূহকে আবেদন করার জন্য বিশেষভাবে উৎসাহিত করা হচ্ছে।

Call for Concept Paper for implementing project related to rights of the marginalised communities

Christian Aid, Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) and WE CAN with financial support from the European Union have jointly started a project titled, "Expanding civic space through active CSO participation and strengthened governance system in Bangladesh (ECSAP)". This project will develop the capacity of the Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) working for the rights of marginalised communities like vulnerable women, domestic workers, Dalits, persons with disabilities, transgender and ethnic minorities. The project will be implemented in Rangpur, Kurigram, Dinajpur, Natore, Pabna, Sirajganj, Khulna, Jashore, Satkhira and Dhaka districts. Christian Aid, MJF and WE CAN are requesting for submission of Concept Papers from interested CSOs.

Applicant CSOs must comply with the latest circulations of the NGO Affairs Bureau of Bangladesh. Interested CSOs are requested to submit the Concept Note by 4^th July 2023. Downloadable guideline for the Concept Paper is available through the link, https://shorturl.at/dfJY2

Interested CSOs may send their email address to [email protected] before 13^th June 2023 to participate in the online Pre-bid Meeting. The link and date of the meeting will be communicated through email.
